By downloading or using Decibel Meter Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Flexyworks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Decibel Meter Studio for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Decibel Meter Studio offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.
If a free trial is offered, it begins at subscription confirmation. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. The trial is available once per Apple ID per subscription group.
Decibel Meter Studio is intended for informational and personal use only. Readings depend on your device's microphone hardware and surrounding conditions.

All content, design, and code in Decibel Meter Studio are the property of Flexyworks and protected by copyright and applicable law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexyworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified within the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
Decibel Meter Studio'yu indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Flexyworks, App Store Hizmet Koşullarına tabi olmak üzere, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında Decibel Meter Studio'yu kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için size sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, geri alınabilir bir lisans vermektedir.
Decibel Meter Studio, otomatik yenilenen abonelikler (Aylık, Yıllık) ve tek seferlik Ömür Boyu satın alma seçeneği sunar. Abonelikler, mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. iOS Ayarlar → [Adınız] → Abonelikler bölümünden aboneliklerinizi yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Kısmi abonelik dönemleri için geri ödeme yapılmaz.
Ücretsiz deneme sunuluyorsa, abonelik onayında başlar. Abonelik satın alındığında ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı iptal edilir. Deneme, abonelik grubu başına Apple kimliği başına bir kez sunulur.
Decibel Meter Studio yalnızca bilgilendirme ve kişisel kullanım amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. Ölçümler, cihazınızın mikrofon donanımına ve çevre koşullarına bağlıdır.

Decibel Meter Studio'daki tüm içerik, tasarım ve kod Flexyworks'e aittir ve telif hakkı ile geçerli yasalar tarafından korunmaktadır. Yazılı izin olmaksızın uygulamanın hiçbir bölümünü çoğaltamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Flexyworks, uygulamayı kullanmanızdan veya kullanamamanızdan kaynaklanan hiçbir dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Bu Koşulları istediğimiz zaman değiştirebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz kabulü oluşturur. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde bildirilecektir.
Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Herhangi bir anlaşmazlık, İstanbul mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.
